Welcome
I wanted to take a minute and say welcome to my lovely new blog…and website. I hope you’ve had a chance enjoy all the bells and whistles we’ve added–including a video newsletter, a wonderful photo gallery that we’ll be adding photos to regularly and this blog.
Also…TwinStar Entertainment has optioned THE WITNESS for a feature film!
Lane Bishop, a producer for the film company, called my agent last summer after having picked up a copy of the book in an airport bookstore before a flight. She said she read it straight through without a break and knew she had to make it into a film. Of course, there are a thousand and one steps between the option and the premiere, but I’m confident of Lane Bishop and Todd Garner’s passion for the project.
I’ll keep you posted on any exciting developments!

I can not wait for the film to come out. I will be glued to my chair with my popcorn and drink. Getting rid of the kids for the day, the husband and father-in-law. So please let me know as soon as it is possible.
Thanks

i glad they are finally going to pick one of your books to do a movie … i just they pick more then one … its wonderful to read a book and picture everything in your head and then turn around and see it on the screen in a different way … for the good or bad …

Being an avid reader of Sandra Brown, I am so excited to hear that one of her books could be made into a film! I only wish more would be…of course nothing can compare with the real thing.

Hi, Sandra Brown, it’s nice to meet you. On p.97, “Don’t even think of getting stage fright.” What a wonderful line !
I’m a gal, age 86 in May, who lives in a wheel chair, whose main activity is reading; thank you for “Play Dirty.”

I am so happy to hear that one of your books is going to be made into a movie. Everytime I read one of your books I feel like I am right there with the characters, feeling what they are feeling and to be able to see it played on screen is going to be great.

I saw that there is a movie in the works for The Witness, congratulations! I have to say that I hope that they keep directly to the book when they make this movie. I would hate to see anything changed about it. I saw the “French Silk” movie and was disappointed - so many parts of the book that I thought were great were not in the movie. Sandra I love your books.

I am a big fan of all your books I have read so far. I have bought all the titles I can from my local library sales and book stores. I have yet to read a book I didnt totally enjoy. I look forward to seeing more books turned into movies!

I am excited. I can’t wait, but I have to say that I hope they stick to the story also. Does make you wonder, are they going to give her real name in the end? Sorry if anyone out there has not read the book. But, that is the one thing I could never figure out, and I have read the book a least 4 or 5 times. I will be waiting for its release. If I could buy French Silk I would. I rarely watch movies, because not many are worth the time to watch. If they start making your books into movies(HINT! HINT!), I will be watching you can count on that. Thank you for writing such wonderful stories, that keep us turning page after page. Love From TEXAS.
