Around the Blog-o-Sphere
Lots of busy-ness around the office as we prepare for the release of SMOKE SCREEN–you can see the new trailer on the homepage. And you can see the “Behind the Scenes” video here.A few other things you can look forward to in the near future:
I’ll be guest blogging at The Good The Bad and the Unread on July 22, the same day that PLAY DIRTY is released in paperback. Be sure to comment. You could win a copy of SMOKE SCREEN before it goes on sale.
August 12 I will be back at The Good The Bad and the Unread with an excerpt of SMOKE SCREEN. One lucky person will win their very own signed copy. I’ll also be guest blogging at Fresh Fiction Blog on that day.
Then the week of August 18 I, with the help of the folks at Good Bad and Unread, will be searching for the ultimate Sandra Brown fan…so get ready!
We’ll also be doing a special contest the entire month of August to benefit MDA, who also does research for ALS, and my readers.
More details to come in the near future. Please check back here at the blog or the News Page.
And, of course, next week in New York City, I will be honored by ITW as their 2008 Thrillermaster. I’m very excited and hope to have some fun video footage for you when I get back.
In the mean time, Happy Canada Day and Happy Fourth of July!!!

I have always been a huge fan of yours! Your southern writing has taken me to Texas and other southern locations. As a NC native, I love reading about the south! HAving said that, I enjoyed Play Dirty. It was great. The story was such a whirlwind adventure between Laura and Griff, I was pulling for them the entire time to be together and wanted nothing more than a terrible end to the lowlife Rodarte. Great writing as usual! Can’t wait for more!

As a native Texan and a transplant to Fort Worth, from Houston, I have followed you from the very beginning. I am anxiously awaiting your new book to come out….as I will be taking it on vacation with me to New Hampshire. I have read them all and you’re the best!

I am Not a Texan. I am a New York City gal,
just interested in “page turning” summer
reading. I started with Chill Factor and couldn’t put it down!!! An elderly lady told
me to buy it @ the Montauk Library Book Sale. Wasn’t she wise….she told me to find her “Sandra Brown” books and I found her “French Silk”…I have to thank her as I sail through these fascinating books.
I just read “Send Me No Flowers” and was happy because it intertwined with the book I had just read: “Breakfast in Bed”…So far I have read 5 Sandra Brown books….The only one I couldn’t get into was “Morning with Riley”…

Hi Sandra,
I have all your books and some of the audio’s as well. I’ve even read them. Sure enjoy your writing. I am orginally a Texan but moved to Alaska and then to Washington state. Beautiful state and so is Alaska. I have a habit don’t know if it is good or bad but I read an author and try to find all their books and if I like them and I usually do I keep their books. Love to read so please keep writing!
